Not only is the renovation of this circa 1903 cottage great, but so is the story of how it was found and relocated to its new home on the Magnolia River. Each room has its own special details, like the artwork on a track that hides the TV over the fireplace. I love that the one rule the owners had was that if it came with the house, it stays with the house.
